No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo or video evidence. Upon review, we will provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Hygiene & Safety

For the protection of all customers, we cannot restock or resell wigs and hair products once they have left our facility. This ensures that every customer receives brand-new, untouched products.

  • Please allow 7–14 business days (1–2 weeks) for processing before your order ships. This time covers sourcing, creating, washing, drying, and styling your wig to perfection.

  • International shipping times may vary by destination but usually take 7–15 business days after processing.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
